We are seeking a Product Manager to join Supio. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, outline roadmaps, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of products. You will report to the Head of Product.
In this role you will:
- Lead product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with our vision and customer needs.
- Stay on the cutting edge of AI developments and translate those advancements into actionable features for our product roadmap.
- Deeply understand customer workflows and pain points, delivering features that improve usability and provide impactful solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive seamless product delivery and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Gather and analyze feedback from strategic customers to refine product direction and enhance user adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience in software engineering.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership in B2B environments, with a strong preference for experience in the AI space.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve product features.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience producing and working with AI-driven or data-heavy platforms.
- Familiarity with legal technology or products in the legal industry.
- Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments or building products from the ground up.

Compensation:
Salary Range: The salary range at Supio for a mid-senior Product Manager is $150,000-$200,000 annually plus equity, with the potential for variation based on qualifications and skills.
